However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Carefully read our return and exchange policy to understand the procedures and guidelines.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

● We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.

● The item must be unused, in its original condition, and the original packaging.

● Personalized or custom-made bandanas are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  1. Returns:

● If you wish to return an item, contact our customer support team within the eligible time frame.

● Provide your order number, photos of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

● Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed further.

● The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

● Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

● If the return is approved, a refund to the original payment method will be initiated within 2 working days.

  1. Exchanges:

● If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our customer support team within the eligible time frame.

● Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

● Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

● The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, including returning the original item and receiving the new item.

● The exchanged item must be in its original condition and packaging.

● If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged item, we will either issue a refund or request payment for the remaining balance.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

● If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

● Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photographs for the same.

● We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

● In some cases, we may request that the damaged or defective item be returned to us.


Please note:

● We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the outlined eligibility criteria.

● Any item that is damaged by your dog will not be eligible for return or exchange.Β 

● Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the original payment method.

● Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

● We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process, so we recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking.
