β The item must be unused, in its original condition, and the original packaging.
β Personalized or custom-made bandanas are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Returns:

β Provide your order number, photos of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
β Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed further.
β The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
β Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
β If the return is approved, a refund to the original payment method will be initiated within 2 working days.
- Exchanges:
